TERMS OF SERVICE

Make sure to read T.O.S first, if not I will immediately cancel your commission order.
The payment has to be sent before 24-48h after I accept it, if you have any struggle please tell me beforehand.
Make sure the references have to be clear, full-colored, or full-body if it's for half/full-body commission. I won't accept pictures of traditional art, blurry or uncolored/ sketchy references. If traditional references please provide a scanned version with color.
I do not accept refunds
I accept changes max 3 times, after that there will be extra fees.
I will not claim the Intellectual Property or reuse/resell your project/design for personal or commercial projects.
The commissioner may upload the work done for you to your site. Please credit and DO NOT claim it as your own or make huge edits over the commissioned piece. Once a piece is commissioned, you may use it for any personal use that you please.
All files will be in PNG or JPG, for design logo i will send PNG and PDF
Please ask beforehand if you wish to pay for ONE TIME commercial use.
The Commission can be update in anytime!

Workflow & payment & RUSH ORDERS

WorkFlow
You give the ref and specific requirements for me to make the sketch => when the sketch is finished and you approved, please pay 100% of the amount => complete and send the file
You can only change in the sketches freely but once you approved the sketches and you wanted to changed,i'm gonna charges extra fees just like in the TOS
Payment
Prices are all in USD (except for local viet).
Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot. If your commission is accepted, I will send you the invoice.
I receive transfer via bank account (only in viet) and paypal.
With the method of transfer via paypal and bank, I am forced to collect a transaction fee of 10% of the comm price.
Rush order
A rush commission will place you at the top of the queue.
Please tell me a certain date and we can discuss pricing.
Rush : 3-5 days deadline - x2.5 (of the price)

Commercial License

- For personal commission, I only send 1 png or jpeg image file
- The price listed are for personal use only. For commercial purposes there will be extra fee 2x from the base/total price
